Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to create a positive impact on buyers before they step foot into your house. The good and bad features that jump out at buyers create their initial thoughts about your home and how you perform house's regular maintenance.
Knowing this assists us in determining what measures we can take to attract buyers from the street and into your home. If your home's exterior isn't as neat as possible with refreshed paint and bright garden plants we'll need to address those as well. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and add dollars to your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Could a buyer envision themselves enjoying game night in your living room, unwinding in your master bedroom or inviting family and friends over for a dinner in your eat-in kitchen? We want your home to pleasantly accept buyers and offer them a sense of contentment. I'll help you accomplish this by suggesting small improvements that enhance your home's features.
I'll tell you put out of sight anything that gives the illusion of clutter. Table and counter tops should be free and clear. Brick-a-brack, sentimental items, family photos, and play time artwork should get moved out of sight. We'll de-clutter your house. Unsightly or cluttered spots make your home look less spacious and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves living there.
I'll review each room of your home. I'll note the pieces of furniture that should be put in storage, rooms that need new paint, rugs needing to be changed, fixtures that need shining, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively affect the sale.
I'll make sure that your home is appealing and that it's welcoming, steering clear of "offensive" or "can't-work-with" colors on the walls and furniture. And if you've already moved out, you can consider borrowing furnishings. The goal is for your house to look inviting as opposed to deserted.

Setting the Stage
I'll tell you when your home is ready to open your home up to buyers, because all of the improvements mesh together to set the stage for what buyers can expect after they close on your house. Lighting is critical and we'll part the curtains, and create light where needed to invite the buyer inside. We'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests take a walk-through of your home and make sure a delightful fragrance flows room-to-room. We'll add cozy-looking throws, and throw pillows on your loveseat and bed. Buyers should feel like your place has the potential to be. |
